End customers must be able to refer their local dealer to contact around our goods there. We reserve ourselves the right to supply excluding security authorities/serving places (authorities/serving places are meant after valid weapon law, WaffG §55 German Law). This is to be understood as a self-check for us, since all products of our assortment are not sold to private people.

Minimum Orders/Freight Terms All prices are quoted F.O.B. Muenster / NRW (Germany) and exclude import duty and other local
taxes/fees involved with freight to the customer, which is the responsibility of the customer. Minimum order is €3,500. Freight is
normally sent out via FedEx or DHL Centurio Products Group reserves the right to select best way.

Returns/RMA Numbers Returns are subject to EU
trade laws where applicable, otherwise they will be provided at Centurio Products Group discretion. No warranty returns will be accepted without authorization number provided by Centurio Products Group. Credits on warranty merchandise will not be issued without prior approval. Merchandise must be returned in original factory packaging including all original parts and materials. RMA
numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of all packages. Packages without RMA numbers clearly marked will be

Centurio Products Group (“we or “us”) make the following limited warranties to original consumers for CenturioLight products
purchased and used in the Germany. THESE LIMITED WARRANTIES EXTEND TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER AND
TO ANY PERSON RECEIVING A CENTURIOLIGHT PRODUCT AS A GIFT FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND TO
NO OTHER PURCHASER OR TRANSFEREE. We warrant this CenturioLight product against defects due to workmanship
or materials for a period of five years after the date of original retail purchase. This warranty excludes bulbs (except LEDs),
batteries, or Centurio products damaged due to improper maintenance, abuse, battery leakage, normal wear and/
or scratches to the finish during the course of normal use. During this period, at our option we will repair or exchange a
defective Centurio product covered under the terms of this limited warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights
and you may have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country. If you purchased your product in the EU
common market, EU trade laws apply. How to Obtain Warranty Services To obtain repair or service for your CenturioLight

for the Centurio product to be shipped to our facility and returned to you. We are not responsible if your Centurio
product is lost or damaged during shipment.
